GENERAL REFUND POLICY
All Ways International is completely aware of the unpredictable nature of the adoption process. We work hard with our clients to ensure safe and successful trips. Whenever possible, All Ways International attempts to expedite the bureaucratic side of the adoption process for families. As a result, families are occasionally able to return home sooner than originally anticipated. In those instances, refunds for unused services are sometimes due. In this event, All Ways International would need a written request specifying the details of the requested refund. Requests can be faxed, e-mailed, or sent by mail to All Ways International.
Refund requests are usually processed within 6-8 weeks and have to be filed with us within 30 days upon your return to the United States.

Attention: If you choose to cancel services offered by All Ways International you can do so prior to your departure from the USA. Refunds can only be issued if you give us a 72 - hour advanced notice of cancellation. |
Individual hotel cancellation policies may vary. In most cases, if the reservation is not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time, some hotels will charge a one-night penalty while others may grant a full refund.
Please note: All Ways International does not take responsibility for airline delays or any other "outside" problems that may cause the modification to the services already ordered by you. Some of our drivers and coordinators work with us on a contract basis and will have to get paid for a reserved day of work even if your plane arrives later than planned. In this case some services will not be refundable.
* Visa Fee is non-refundable.
** Airport transfer fee is non-refundable.
*** Cellular phone activation fee is non-refundable.
