CHILD's PASSPORT CONSULATE REGISTRATION
According to the Russian Federation law, if you have participated in adopting a child(ren) from Russia and/or other Republics of the former Soviet Union, you must apply to register your child in the Consular Division of the Russian Embassy. It is extremely important that you do this promptly and efficiently, for not doing so may hold serious consequences for you and other adoptive families.
Our agency has a passport registration service. By following our instructions and completing the application form, the registration will take approximately two to three weeks. As soon as the registration is complete, we will mail all of the documents to you.
Please provide us with the following:
- A valid Russian passport used by the adopted child to enter the US.
- A copy of the adopted child birth certificate in Russian.
- A copy of Court Statement in Russian.
- Two passport size (2'x2') photographs of the child.
- Two light copies of the American passports of the adoptive parents.
- A copy of the adoption certificate in Russian.
- A written application for registration with a full name, date and place of birth, permanent address and phone number.
- A check payable to All Ways International for the sum of $195.00 or more. Please contact our agency for detailed explanation.
