INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC FLIGHT RESERVATION

All Ways International works closely with the following airlines to book your international flights: Delta Air Lines, Lufthansa, Northwest Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Aeroflot Russian Airlines, Swiss International Air Lines, Austrian Airlines, British Airways, Air France, Finnair, Lot Polish Airlines, and others. When arranging for your international flight, please consider buying refundable and changeable tickets. If you are not buying these types of tickets, make sure to find out the penalties for changing your travel dates.

Since the adoption process is often unpredictable and may take longer than planned, we recommend getting changeable and/or refundable tickets. Please be advised that the less expensive the tickets are, the more restrictions will likely apply to the changes you may need.

For those of you traveling from Moscow to other cities in Russia, domestic airline tickets can be obtained from All Ways International. Depending on the city of your destination, some of the tickets may be issued in the U.S, while others may be issued in Russia. The tickets issued in Russia will be delivered to you by your coordinator upon entry into the country.

Understanding that travel dates can often change in the adoption process, All Ways International makes it a policy to purchase the most expensive and changeable tickets for flights within Russia because they allow maximum flexibility. Though less expensive tickets are sometimes available, such tickets often have restrictions, which make them difficult if not impossible to change. If a change of travel date is necessary, the AWI staff will handle that for you. We also strongly recommend that you check the available fares with other agencies prior to purchasing tickets through us to assure that you are getting the best available fare.

Please note that the fares for these domestic Russian tickets are inclusive of PTA (pre-paid) charges, delivery charges, and the support service of the All Ways staff for any necessary date changes. Some tickets may be printed with Rouble fares as some domestic airlines have a practice of providing different pricing plans for Russian and foreign citizens. Such fares are indicative of the amounts charged for Russian citizens, and may not be valid for non-Russian citizens. In addition, some Russian airline companies practice a 'fixed currency exchange rate'. In this case rates used by the companies will not always match the official currency exchange rate.

In addition, All Ways International does not guarantee that the price indicated on the tickets in Russian currency will correspond with the official exchange rate at the time of your travel.

Please note: Due to a recent major dollar exchange rate drop and a worldwide increase in gas prices domestic air fares in Russia have gone up.
